    Our current turnaround time is 3 business days.
    Please note this may change as we get closer to Easter cut-off dates. We recommend ordering early to avoid missing out.

    Can I personalise both the apparel and the Easter Bagsket?

    Yes! You can personalise:
    • The Minky Appliqué Monogram apparel (with your choice of Minky Fabric Colour and Motif — Peter Rabbit or Cotton Tail)
    • The Easter Bunny Bagsket (available in Pink or Light Blue)
    Simply enter the name or initial in the personalisation field when ordering.

    Can I make changes after placing my order?

    We understand little details matter 💛
    Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, provided:
    • Embroidery has not started
    • Requested size change is in stock
    Please email customercare@diskrafte.com.au with your order number and requested changes as soon as possible.

    What is your refund policy?

    Because each item is personalised, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
    Refunds or replacements will only be provided if there is a mistake made on our end.
    If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist before production begins.

    Is there a cut-off date for Easter orders?

    Easter cut-off date: TBA
    For regional areas, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 10 days before Easter (5th April) to allow sufficient delivery time.
