Submit your custom BTS-inspired design by uploading a high-quality reference image and selecting your preferred apparel, accessory, size, and colour. Each design will be carefully reviewed for approval, and we’ll recommend the best technique — embroidery, DTF print, or a combination of both — to bring your vision to life. Once your quote is approved and payment is received, production will begin. Please allow a custom turnaround time of 1–3 weeks depending on design complexity and current order volume.

HOW LONG DOES EMBROIDERY TAKE?

Standard embroidery — 3 to 5 business days.

Custom embroidery — 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN CUSTOM EMBROIDERY?

Custom embroidery is a multi-step process to make sure your design looks its best:

Design digitising — your image file is converted into an embroidery file (.DST or similar). This is a skilled process that maps out every stitch, direction, and thread colour.
Test run — before anything is stitched onto your apparel, we run a test embroidery to check the design looks correct and sits well.
Embroidery on apparel — once the test is approved, your garment is hooped and embroidered.

This process ensures a high-quality, long-lasting result every time.

CAN I EMBROIDER ANY CUSTOM IMAGE I WANT?

The short answer is: yes and no.

Not every image translates perfectly to embroidery. Several factors affect whether a design is suitable:

Design complexity — very fine details, gradients, or photographic images can be difficult to reproduce in thread.
Size — very small designs lose detail; oversized designs may not suit the garment.
Placement — some areas of apparel (seams, curved surfaces) are harder to embroider on.
Apparel type — certain fabrics and garments are better suited to embroidery than others.

HOW MUCH DOES CUSTOM EMBROIDERY COST?

Pricing for custom embroidery has a few components:

Design digitising — converting your image to an embroidery file costs between $35 and $50, depending on the complexity of the design. This is a one-off fee per design.
Embroidery cost — the actual stitching cost is calculated separately and varies by design size and stitch count.
Apparel — garment cost is in addition to the above.

Once your design has been digitised, you can reuse the file for future orders without paying the digitising fee again. Contact us for a full quote.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EMBROIDERED AND/OR DTF-PRINTED APPAREL?

To keep your garment looking great for longer, follow these care instructions:

Wash inside out on a cold cycle.
Do not tumble dry — hang or lay flat to dry.
Do not iron directly on DTF prints — if ironing is needed, turn inside out or use a pressing cloth.
Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Following these steps will help preserve the embroidery stitching and DTF print quality wash after wash.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our sizing varies by product:

Women's tee — available up to 3XL.
Women's sweatshirt & hoodie — available up to 2XL.

Men's styles — available up to 5XL, making them a great option if you need a larger size.

If you're between sizes or need something larger than the women's range offers, we recommend checking the men's size guide — the measurements are listed on each product page so you can compare and find the best fit.

CAN I ADD EMBROIDERY TO THE POCKET OF A TOTE BAG?

Yes — with a note!

If you'd like embroidery added to the pocket of a pocket tote bag, please be aware that this requires extra work:

The stitches dividing the pockets need to be carefully unpicked to allow the hoop to fit properly.
Once the embroidery is complete, the pocket divider is re-stitched back.

Because of this additional labour, a small extra fee applies ($7) for pocket tote bag embroidery. We'll include this in your quote when you get in touch.
